Nothing special about today. I worked two hours on, one hour off from 7a-7p, which makes for a long day not being able to do much else. But the short shifts make the work tolerable, and that's all I can ask for, really.
I feel myself being slow and inert physically. I am terrified that my body is going to just give out on me one day. I am the only one who can do anything about this, and I resolve to try to start making changes. I only have one life and one body.

ReplyDeleteDuring that hour off, try to take a 15 minute walk if you can. Maybe a couple of times during the day. Clears out the cobwebs.
