I was doing so well at blogging every day, too. Oh, well. Yesterday, I:
Handed the keys to the Tempo over to the towing people. Not my favorite moment of my life, but not the worst one, either.
Made 16 bean soup and homemade bread, shared it out with family and friend.
Hung out with Jon and we lavished attention on the local cat, named Balls. He accepted it as his due, of course. Jon told me all about his vacation up in the frozen Northeast.
Went to choir practice and learned that for Easter we will be singing the Gospel of John. The whole thing. Like, an hour's worth of chanting and harmony. Great googly moogly!
I spent at least a 500 dollars of imaginary money, shopping for nice things online. Mostly handmade things, soaps and perfumes. With imaginary shopping you get the thrill of buying it without having to find a place to put it.
Of course the cat accepted it, dogs have owners, cats have staff.
ReplyDeleteThe soup sounds good, and so does the goal of singing the Gospel.
I'll have to try that spending imaginary money.
